Svetlana is awesome. We had to make several last minute changes on the fly. She was responsive and accommodating in every way. Thank you! House is excellent. Super clean. Wonderful natural light throughout house. Every room has dimmer switches - nice feature. Great, quiet neighborhood. I walked every morning and evening. Mountain views throughout neighborhood are amazing. Backyard is great. Enjoyed reading by pool and grilling out for dinner. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Svetlana’s house! The kitchen is fantastic—very spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The backyard is the highlight of the property: a beautiful outdoor space with a great pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. It’s perfect for spending time outside, whether you’re swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb

Second time staying at the home and truly a pleasure…Svetlana is an awesome host responsive and communicative…the home is very clean and comfortable with access to pretty much everything in the Santa Clarita area..this is our permanent go to each year when we travel across country from Pennsylvania and having lived in this area it’s like a home away from home for us…

Loved this home ! Wasn’t cluttered with decorations, felt like I was at home. Great room sizes and bathrooms were perfect. Svetlana was always responsive and clear with her messages. Would definitely recommend this home for future guests. The area and scenery was beautiful.

This was the first house I have rented in the United States that was this clean. Everything was spotless, very well organized, and thoughtfully prepared. We had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and feels truly high quality. We rented it for New Year’s, and it was a wonderful experience. We had an amazing New Year here. Thank you so much!!

We love a location. It was in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. There were restaurants and stores very close. We came to this location so we could be close to Six Flags. And we are very grateful for the trundle bed. There were plenty of beds for everyone and we were very comfortable. Great layout. The house is very clean and tidy. Not a lot of extra decorations or tchotchkes laying around. It was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Svetlana’s home was amazing! She is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed preparing family meals. The pool and hot tub were great! We enjoyed a few relaxing afternoons around the pool. The beds were really comfortable too. If we are ever in the area I would love to stay in Svetlana’s home again and would definitely recommend it to others!
