Please be sure to pick up after your pet EXTRA GUESTS: Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Any day guests must be approved. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. SOUND SYSTEM: The Sonos sound system throughout the home has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay to help comply with and enforce county ordinances and regulations. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. Smoking is only permitted outside PARKING: Driveway and street parking As always, please ensure vehicles are parked only in designated parking areas to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.
